The seminar titled “Individual Career Management: Build Your Future” was held on April 16, 2025 at 15:00 with the participation of our faculty members and students, with the presentation of Dr. Lecturer Hatice ERDEM from the Department of Food Engineering of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture. In the seminar, awareness was created around basic questions such as “What is a career?”, “What does career management cover?” and most importantly, “Who is responsible for their career?” In addition, it was emphasized that the career journey is shaped in the hands of the individual, and the stages that constitute the individual career management process were explained in detail. In the Q&A session following the presentation, the participants’ questions were answered and the meeting was concluded.
