Our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican attended the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture academic board meeting and met with the faculty administration and academic staff. In the meeting, where Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Muhammed Çınar, department heads and academic staff were also present, the current status of the faculty, academic studies, research projects and education-training processes were discussed in detail.
The meeting began with our Rector presenting certificates of appreciation to academics who prepared TÜBİTAK projects at our faculty and received high scores in the academic incentive system.
Speaking at the meeting, our Rector emphasized the importance of projects carried out to increase the academic success of our university, and drew attention to issues such as encouraging scientific research, increasing international collaborations and developing student-focused education models.
Our Rector stated that the devoted work of academics in scientific projects greatly contributed to both the faculty and our university, and expressed that scientific research will continue to be supported and academic staff will always be encouraged.
At the end of the meeting, our Rector thanked academics for their contributions. The meeting, where the steps to be taken to increase scientific productivity and the faculty's goals for the upcoming period were evaluated, ended with the opinions and suggestions of the academic staff being received.
