Faculty of Engineering and Architecture added a new one to its regional cooperation efforts. Deputy Dean Dr. Halil İbrahim UZUN and Dr. from the Department of Food Engineering. Kemal Sülük visited Muş Sugar Factory and had a productive meeting with the factory general manager Turgut Kızılkaya.
This meeting focused on projects that could be implemented between the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture and Muş Sugar Factory. A road map was determined with the aim of developing sustainable partnerships between the two institutions at national and international levels. In the future, more detailed discussions are planned with focus groups and joint projects are planned to be implemented.
It is expected that the meeting will strengthen our University's relations with external stakeholders and make a significant contribution to the quality processes of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture.
With this cooperation, it is aimed to establish stronger ties between the local industry and the academic world, contribute to regional development and provide applied training opportunities to students.
